Terms of service

Effective 17 October 2026.

These terms apply when you buy from us. Our website, playbookjournals.com, has the questionnaire and information pages; checkout happens on our Shopify store at btgph2-ce.myshopify.com. Both are run by Aileron Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the O'Connor Family Trust, trading as Playbook Journals, ABN 50 700 638 326, PO Box 1335, Goondiwindi QLD 4390, Australia ("we", "us"). 1. Your rights come first

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. If a term conflicts with those rights, the law wins.

2. Personalised products

• Each journal is built from the answers you give. You're responsible for checking names and spelling in the preview before you pay.
• Please don't give answers about another person unless you're allowed to. For a child, you must be their parent or guardian.
• We may refuse or edit content that's offensive, unlawful, abusive, or that would breach someone else's rights, such as trademarks or names you don't have permission to use. If we can't print what you asked for, we'll contact you and refund you in full if we can't agree.
• Quotes and prompts come from our own checked library. Training, money and wellbeing suggestions are general ideas, not medical, financial or professional advice.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in the currency of your market (AUD, USD or CAD). Australian prices include GST.
• Shipping is shown at checkout.
• We take payment when you order. If we can't fill an order, for example because the printer can't print it, we'll refund you in full.
• If a price is obviously wrong (a typo), we'll contact you before going ahead.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are in our Shipping policy. They're estimates, not guarantees, but we'll always tell you if something is going to be late.

5. Annual plans and subscriptions

• Annual (prepaid): we supply 4 volumes, about one each quarter. You can cancel any time for a refund of the volumes not yet printed. It doesn't renew automatically.
• Subscribe & save: billed each quarter until you cancel. Skip, pause or cancel any time, with no fee. We email you before every charge and give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

6. Gift cards

• Gift cards never expire, and there are no fees after purchase. They can't be redeemed for cash, except where the law requires it.
• A gift card can only be spent in the currency it was bought in (choose the recipient's country when you buy).
• US and Canadian gift cards cover the journal. Shipping is paid at checkout.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. Faulty or damaged books are reprinted free. Because each book is made for one person, there are no change-of-mind returns.

8. Your content and ours

• Your answers stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to make, check, print and ship your books, and to provide your account.
• The journal designs, layouts, text, library and brand are ours. Please don't copy or resell them.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law lets us limit our liability for goods that aren't ordinarily for personal use, it's limited to reprinting the goods or refunding their price. This clause doesn't apply to your consumer guarantee rights.

11. Changes and law

• We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
• Queensland law governs these terms.
